I do have discussions with peope that are leaving, I do feel glad for them, but I encourage them to 'finish well' and not just coast out of their job. So, I have to say that in everything and anything that you strive to do, do it well. Goes without saying, but this is something that can be extremely hard to do, especially when your days are numbered at your job, your lifestyle is threatened in some way, hardship comes along, and so on. Even knowing that God is on your side, it can be tough.
