California’s current multi-year drought has helped us recognize that we need more and better water information to manage the state’s water supply.  Generating this information has a fundamental obstacle. Citizens and water stakeholders, in general, don’t trust one another. So, how do you build trust? Know Your Water® and each other! Find the will to build win-win water scenarios.
